This design for clients with a strong connection to, and passion for the locality and region exemplifies how we can create an idyllic retreat and undertake the stewardship of small rural holdings.

Investigation for water flow, solar aspect, viewlines, and general landforming that would define areas of use were undertaken. Concept and design develpment expressed these areas as interconnected nodes. A staging plan was devised for the removal of weed species and a planting plan developed that will increase biodiversity, manage sediment and nutrient flow into the creek at the bottom of the property, manage scenic amenity and minimise ongoing property maintenance.

Planting and hardscape plans, material specification and water harvesting constraints mapping were provided. Revegetation planting plans were provided in support of succesful grant applications for revegetation planting to the creek line.
